Deliveries within mainland Spain are carried out within a period of 3 to 5 business days after order confirmation.

The shipping cost per order is borne by the customer.

All orders are shipped from our physical store in Barcelona (Spain). All shipments are carried out via certified courier companies. 

Where would you like to receive your order?

During the purchase process, the customer must specify the address where they wish to receive their order.

In the event of absence at the time of delivery, the courier company will leave a notification so that the recipient can arrange a new delivery or another solution. It is important to attend to such notification in order to avoid incidents or additional delays.

Additional information

At present, shipments are not made to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.

Any error in the address provided by the customer that prevents correct delivery of the order may generate additional costs, which must be assumed by the customer.
