Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return to kittieknoxshop.com (Miancatex, S.L).
The item must be in the same condition that you received it and unused, in order for the return to be accepted. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
All purchases, whether made online or in a physical store, can be returned directly in our store.
Online return conditions
- The shipping costs for the return are borne by the customer when the return is made via courier.
- Returns can be managed both online and in physical store.
- Once the item has been received and its condition verified, a refund will be issued if it meets the established conditions.
- If the item does not meet these conditions, a refund cannot be processed and the customer must arrange the return of the product.
Online returns (shipping by courier)
To initiate an online return, follow these steps:

RETURN REQUEST ONLINE PURCHASE
⚠️ This step is mandatory in order to properly process the return.
Information you must include in the email:
- Order number
- Purchase date
- Full name (must match the one used in the purchase)
- Proof that the package has been shipped
Important
Only returns that comply with all the steps above will be processed, and only if the request has been made and the package has been shipped within 14 days from receipt of the order.
Once we receive the package and verify its condition, we will proceed with the corresponding refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Some personal use items cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have any questions or doubts about a specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of purchases made with gift cards.
Exchanges
You must return the item you have, and once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
14-day European Union cooling-off period Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As in the previous case, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.
